ReplyDeleteKate Beswick emailed to tell me about the launch of your book (just about to buy a copy) but sadly I couldn't make it (family chaos and a possible death that didn't happen ...).
But I saw that you'd run-up for the Tom Gallon/Olive can't-remember-her-other-name award and I often hear your name on the writing grapevine. I hope Hot Kitchen Snow (what a wonderful title) sells and sells and sells and wins you many an award. I loved the way you taught us at Middlesex and I loved the little of your writing I've read. Seriously looking forward to Hot Kitchen Snow.
